  14.   I've been learning C over the past 8 months using Linux and the 
  15.   GNU compiler. I would now like to do some C programming using a
  16.   windows compiler. I`M RUNNING WIN95. I don't want a freeware or 
  17.   sharware compiler and I'm looking to spend aprox  $100.00, my
  18.   company is covering the cost. What do you recommend and will 
  19.   this compiler be able to produce executables that can also work
  20.   on Windows 3.1 OS ?
